Text messaging opt-in
This page explains how MemoriaOS collects consent to send SMS messages, what kinds of messages we send, and how recipients can manage their preferences. This disclosure is provided in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA messaging guidelines.
Texts are sent from our registered toll-free number: (888) 658-4648
Opt in to SMS updates
Select any SMS category you want to receive from MemoriaOS. Each checkbox below is an independent, optional consent for only that message type — you may leave all boxes unchecked.
SMS Messaging Policy
This SMS Messaging Policy governs all text message (SMS/MMS) communications sent by or through Memoria Operating Systems, LLC in connection with the MemoriaOS platform and website. This policy applies to two distinct SMS programs: (1) MemoriaOS's own outbound messages to prospective customers and platform users who opt in through the memoriaos.com website; and (2) messages sent by funeral home customers through the Platform to their clients and families. Both programs are described below.
Note: This policy satisfies CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices requirements and Twilio A2P 10DLC campaign documentation requirements. The URL of this policy page (memoriaos.com/opt-in) should be provided during A2P 10DLC campaign registration. MemoriaOS's website SMS program sends from the registered toll-free number (888) 658-4648.
1. MemoriaOS outbound SMS — website opt-in program
1.1 Program description
Memoria Operating Systems, LLC operates an SMS messaging program for individuals who opt in through the memoriaos.com website. This program is used to: respond to demo requests and contact form submissions; communicate with prospective customers about MemoriaOS products and services; and send onboarding and account communications to new customers.
MemoriaOS also operates a separate demo/trial environment SMS number, (629) 300-5134, registered independently under A2P 10DLC. This number is used solely to send product demonstration and trial environment messages — including sample task notifications, case update alerts, and portal links — to individuals actively trialing the Platform using non-live, fictitious data. This number does not send marketing, account, or customer care messages covered elsewhere in this Section 1.
1.2 How to opt in
MemoriaOS offers three separate, independently optional SMS opt-ins: marketing texts (product updates, promotions, and news), account notification texts (onboarding and billing updates), and customer care texts (support and inquiry follow-up). You may opt in to receive SMS messages from MemoriaOS by checking the SMS consent checkbox(es) that apply on any contact, demo request, or inquiry form on memoriaos.com and providing your mobile phone number — or by using the form above. Each checkbox is optional; you may check any combination of the three, or none at all. By checking a box, you expressly consent to receive that category of text messages from Memoria Operating Systems, LLC — sent from our registered toll-free number, (888) 658-4648 — at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service or of using MemoriaOS.
Consent to receive messages from the separate demo/trial environment number, (629) 300-5134, is obtained verbally. Before enrolling a phone number in a trial environment, a MemoriaOS representative explains, on a live call, what the number is for, that up to 10 messages will be sent during the trial period, that message and data rates may apply, how to get help (reply HELP) and opt out (reply STOP), and provides the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy links below — then asks for and records an explicit yes or no before enrolling the number. Enrollment is confirmed with a text message.
1.3 Message types and frequency
Message types include: responses to your inquiry or demo request; product information and updates; follow-up communications regarding your interest in the Platform; and account or onboarding messages if you become a customer. Message frequency varies based on your engagement. You may receive up to four (4) messages per month. We do not send automated marketing blasts — all messages are sent in direct response to your inquiry or account activity. Separately, the demo/trial environment number ((629) 300-5134) sends product demonstration and trial environment messages, including sample task notifications, case update alerts, and portal links, to individuals actively trialing the Platform using non-live, fictitious data. You may receive up to ten (10) messages from this number during your trial period. For example:“MemoriaOS Demo: New task assigned — Review arrangement worksheet for Case DEMO-2026-001. View: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.”

2. Funeral home SMS program — platform customer communications
This section describes a separate, unrelated SMS program. It does not use the toll-free number ((888) 658-4648) or the opt-in form above. Each funeral home customer registers and sends from its own number under its own A2P 10DLC brand and campaign — not MemoriaOS's website opt-in program. It is included here only for completeness.
2.1 Program description
MemoriaOS provides SMS infrastructure to licensed funeral home customers who use the Platform to communicate with their clients and families. Each funeral home operates its own SMS program under its own brand and A2P 10DLC registration. MemoriaOS is the technology provider and infrastructure operator — the funeral home is the sender of record for all messages directed to their clients and families.
2.2 Funeral home opt-in requirements
Funeral home customers are contractually required under their Platform Services Agreement to obtain prior express written consent from all SMS recipients before sending any message through the Platform. Funeral homes must: maintain records of all consents obtained; honor all opt-out requests immediately; and ensure all messages comply with the TCPA, applicable state law, and carrier requirements. MemoriaOS is not responsible for a funeral home's failure to obtain required consents.
2.3 Message types
Funeral home SMS messages sent through the Platform may include: arrangement confirmation and service reminders; document signing requests and notifications; payment receipts and financial statement delivery; case status updates; and other communications directly related to funeral service arrangements.
2.4 Opting out of funeral home messages
To opt out of messages from a specific funeral home, reply STOP to any message received from that funeral home. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from that funeral home's number. Contact the funeral home directly if you have questions about their communications.
2.5 A2P 10DLC registration
All SMS numbers used by funeral home customers through the Platform are registered under each funeral home's own brand identity through Twilio's A2P 10DLC program. Each funeral home's Brand and Campaign registration is associated with that funeral home's legal entity and EIN — not with Memoria Operating Systems, LLC. Registration is completed as part of the customer onboarding process.
3. General SMS provisions
3.1 TCPA compliance
All SMS communications sent through or by MemoriaOS comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and implementing regulations. MemoriaOS maintains records of all opt-in consents for its own outbound SMS program. Funeral home customers are independently responsible for their own TCPA compliance.
3.2 Data handling
Phone numbers and message records collected or processed in connection with SMS communications are handled in accordance with the MemoriaOS Privacy Policy and Data Practices document.
3.3 No warranty
SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions. MemoriaOS does not guarantee delivery of any SMS message and is not liable for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
4. CTIA required disclosures
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this SMS Messaging Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to opted-in users via SMS or email before taking effect. Continued participation in any SMS program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
