Built for Funeral Directors. Inspired by the Families They Serve.

I created MemoriaOS after years of adapting my work to software that didn't truly fit my needs.

My goal was to build the tool I wished I'd had all along. One that helps funeral directors better serve families during the worst days of their lives.

Not to change the way funeral directors care for families, but to make it easier for them to do what they already do best.

Care Comes First

Funeral service is deeply human work. Families don't remember every form they signed or every phone call they made, but they remember how they were cared for.

Every minute spent wrestling with software is a minute that can't be spent listening, guiding or simply being present.

Four Things I Keep Coming Back To

01

Every Detail Matters

Whether it's remembering a family's wishes or simply taking the time to listen, those moments mean the world.

02

Keep the Processes That Work

Technology should adapt to the way funeral directors work, not the other way around.

03

Listen First

The best ideas don't always come from me. MemoriaOS continues to be shaped by the funeral directors who use it every day.

04

Thorough but Intentional

Every feature should have a purpose. Simple, thoughtful tools are almost always better than complicated ones.

Still Being Built, Alongside Them

MemoriaOS isn't just something I built for funeral directors. It's something I'm continuing to build alongside them.

There will always be opportunities to make MemoriaOS better. Listening to the funeral directors who use it every day is one of the most important ways I hope to do that.
